Helix Biotech's EZNano ALC-0315 LNP is a pre-formulated lipid nanoparticle with the following components:
 
- ALC-0315 (Ionizable Cationic Amino Lipid)
- Cholesterol
- 1,2-distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-PC (1,2-DSPC, Phospholipid)
- ALC-0159 (Lipid Excipient)
 
at a molar ratio of 46.3:42.7:9.4:1.6. The EZNano ALC-0315 LNP is specifically formulated to be cargo-ready, or can be preloaded with mCherry, GFP, or FLuc mRNA.
