- ALC-0159 (Lipid Excipient)
- 1,1-Dioctadecyl-3,3,3,3-tetramethylindotricarbocyanine Iodide (Fluorescent)
 
 
at a molar ratio of 46.3:9.4:42.6:1.6:0.1. The EZNano ALC-0315 LNP is specifically formulated to be cargo-ready, or can be preloaded with GFP or FLuc mRNA.
