- Cholesterol
- BODIPY 480/508-Cholesterol (Fluorescent)
- DMG-PEG(2000) (Lipid Excipient)
 
at a molar ratio of 50:10:37:2.5:0.5. The EZNano DLin-MC3-DMA LNP is specifically formulated to be cargo-ready, or can be preloaded with mCherry, GFP, or FLuc mRNA.
