Helix Biotech's EZNano LP-01 LNP is a pre-formulated lipid nanoparticle with the following components:
 
- LP-01 (Ionizable Cationic Amino Lipid)
- 1,2-distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-PC (1,2-DSPC, Phospholipid)
- Cholesterol
- DMG-PEG(2000) (Lipid Excipient)
- 1,1-Dioctadecyl-3,3,3,3-tetramethylindotricarbocyanine Iodide (Fluorescent)
 
 
at a molar ratio of 45:43.9:9:0.1:2. The EZNano LP-01 LNP is specifically formulated to be cargo-ready, or can be preloaded with mCherry, GFP, or FLuc mRNA.
